I only recommend what I’ve actually used.
Eight years of agency-scale marketing on one side of the house. A weekend project list on the other. Same standard on both: real experience, honest tradeoffs, and never a ranking bought by a sponsor.

The standard
Recommendations you can check my work on.
I’ve spent eight years buying, breaking and reporting on marketing software for agencies and their clients — and the rest of my time doing the same thing to my own house on a normal budget. Both registers get the same rule: I recommend what I’ve worked with or would spend my own money on, and I explain the tradeoffs instead of ranking sponsors.
Used, not researched
Every pick is something I’ve run at agency scale or paid for at home. When I haven’t used it, I say so and tell you what I’m going on instead.
Tradeoffs, not rankings
You get what a thing is good at, where it breaks, and who it’s wrong for. Affiliate relationships never move the order.
Receipts up front
Real price, setup time, what it replaces, and the catch — in the first screen, not buried under 1,200 words of preamble.

One email. What’s worth your money this week.
Short by design — the pick, the tradeoff, the price, and what I’d do instead. At work and at home, in the same five minutes.
